By faxing if you google fax in resort request for WDW, there are several websites that still recommend it. Though "officially" on the DIS boards they say it doesn't work anymore/get throw in the trash. (There are a lot of things they tell you not to do on the DIS boards, that is completely legal, that really actually works but that's another discussion)

I don't fax in for every stay, but on those that I have more of an interest in getting what I request, and the times that I have I have always gotten what I have requested.

I have been waiting for 2 one hour sessions without any connection going through .It keeps coming back asking every twenty minutes if i am still there .
not impressed!!!!!
