Bendy & Her Friendies V2 ... This Bar Never Closes! New Thread Started!

I looked at the seating chart, and we were in section 206, down at the bottom where there are only four seats across, right across the aisle from the Category 1 seats. We were three rows up from the center aisle where some of the performers come through during their acts and they were excellent seats!

When you log on to buy tickets, you can keep watching which two they give you by row and by section. I kept watching the 205 section in Cat. 2 and they were up toward the top for a couple of days and then the next time I tried, they offered seats in the bottom of the 206 section, so evidently they fill one section at a time all the way to the top, not closest to the stage in all sections all the way across. Does that make sense?

You will love this show!!!!:3dglasses

That makes perfect sense, Jamie! Thanks for the tip. I didn't want to grab the tickets that were offered today... I was hoping for something a little better. Maybe later in the weekend!

a little from column A and a little from column B most likely. :lmao:

BTW ... Catherine also posted an update on her F&W thread - her signature dinner at CA Grill looked amazing!

Well... make sure you and Jay go into witness protection cause I'm sure there will be alot of people here out stalking you...

I've got more pimping ... Lori and I both posted updates tonight to our F&W threads. Come read us!! :cool1:

Read us, we're an open book! ;)

I think Catherine's dinner is the clear winner of the bunch. I think that trumped my Flying Fish dinner, but I wouldn't expect anything less from Brian.

Hi friendies! Hope everyone is doing well. Just getting back into the swing of things after getting back from my trip last weekend. The first week back at work is always crazy :scared1: I could use one of those margaritas from the ditch right about now:thumbsup2

Brenda, thanks so much for including me in your birthday celebration. It was a lot of fun and so nice to meet everyone! Hope you are on your way to feeling better :goodvibes

Does anyone who attended the DISmeet on the 17th object to my sharing pictures here? You can send me a PM if you like .... I just don't want to post pictures of other people without knowing that it's OK first.

Thanks!! :goodvibes

If there are any pictures of me, feel free to go ahead and post them:)

OK, friendies... I need pointers for La Nouba. Kathrin and I are the only members of our family to ever want to see it and I just realized that we have an open night before Bob and Kristin get to WDW! And there are tickets available all over the venue. HELP!!! I don't want to break the bank, but I want decent seats!

I went to see La Nouba in August. We were in section 204, Tier 1, 1st row and they were great seats. As others were saying you don't want to be too close, I think the front and center seats looked way too close to me.

If you don't want to wait for more seats to be released online there's a number you can call where I believe they have access to all available seats. I checked my notes from when I ordered them and the number is 407-939-7913 -- at least this is what I have written down next to my ticket info for La Nouba. I'm not sure if this number is for La Nouba only or if they book other things too -- ordered these back in June I think so I can't remember. If that number does not work let me know and I'll dig around in my notes a bit more.

You'll enjoy the show -- it's a lot of fun!

I'll be more than happy to take their place next time ;)

The warranty was only for 2 years, I know that because we had a problem with the air conditioner last summer - at the 2 year, 1 month mark :headache: I don't think the homeowners insurance would cover it and honsetly I'd be afraid of how much the premiums would go up if we did file a claim

I know that it will all work in the end, it always does. I just kinda lost it yesterday after DH asked for a check for 2 1/2 months worth of health insurance, a week after 2 checks to the heating guy and right before DD's birthday :upsidedow

Sending you a

Yeah, I would think twice about using my homeowners insurance for anything. Apparently if you have 2 claims within 3 years, you are automatically dropped -- I learned this the hard way. Of course the claims I had were not little things so no way was I not going to use my insurance, but I definitely wouldn't use it now unless I absolutely had to. It's one of those necessary evils -- you have to have it, but then are penalized for using it :confused3

Welcome home Robin! :goodvibes

And thank you for coming to the meet - it was terrifc meeting you and everyone else. We also had a great time at the Moonstruck demo the next day ... good times indeed!

And thanks again for the wine ... it made the return trip safely and we're just waiting for my tastebuds to come back so that we can give it a try. :thumbsup2

HAPPY HALLOWEEN EVERYONE!!

Hi Jeanne! I have some terrific pictures that I need to send you this weekend. You will be happy to know that we ordered pizza, drank beer, and watched Yellowbeard last Saturday while catching up on laundry. Oh it was so funny! :rotfl2:

Thank you so much for remembering that I was looking for a copy.

It's safe to say that we had more than one day at Epcot that could be classified as "stagger ... stagger ... crawl ..." :lmao:

How was Marcel's birthday? Was that the evening you dined at Bistro?

So happy you enjoyed the movie!! That's too funny though as we watched Yellowbear last night also. :) Love that movie.

Marcel's birthday was great! We did do the Bistro and had a lovely meal. Food and wine were very good. We had a window seat and watch the world go by as we ate.

Can't wait to see the pictures!! If you could send them to our home email. We have to go through ours and will send you off some also.

We had so much fun this vacation. Especially being able to meet so many wonderful Dis'ers. :grouphug:

Or, how I spent my Friday night...

This was held in the wine cave of a local winery.

Everything was very festive with luminarias leading the way through the barrel room and cellar into the cave. Lots of spider webs, candleabra and scary things around, as well as mood music. They even had morphing photos similar to those at Haunted Mansion Foyer set on a barrel, like a family shrine. :rotfl:

Pumpkin Cheesecake – paired with Chardonnay

Caramel Apple Crumble – paired with Vin de Paille
(Vin de Paille is straw wine, or raisin wine, and is made from grapes that have been dried to concentrate their juice. The result is similar to that of the ice wine process, but suitable for warmer climates.)

Balsamic Hazelnut Truffles – paired with Cabernet Franc

Dark Chocolate Mousse – paired with Rabelos Port

They did a very nice job for $15 per person! We like their wines and the chef did a great job pairing good-tasting desserts with those 4 wines.

We decided to spend a little while out on the patio since the fireplace was roaring and it had not started to rain. There was also live music!

Chorizo Empanadas with Sweet Potato and Paprika Sour Cream
1030092106.jpg

These were amazingly fantastic, and HUGE! There were actually three of them (for $10) and there were raisins and olives in them too. Very different, very good. The girls had another serving of the Pumpkin Cheesecake and this time paired it with the port.

I was driving so opted out of more wine. Instead I had something new… Vignette Wine Country Soda I chose the Pinot Noir and it was refreshing, non-alcoholic and complimented the Empanadas nicely. They also make a Chardonnay and a Rose.

What a nice way to celebrate Halloween! :)

OK... how tacky is this? I had to take pictures of the sink the bathroom down in the wine cellar!!

But, seriously... how cool is that??

Elin that is so awesome - thanks for sharing with us!

Our local wineries are all sponsoring family friendly events today ... what the heck is up with that??? I'm starting to feel like Stinktown is turning into the sanitized version of non-Pleasure Island. :rotfl2:

Elin, That looks awesome! Wow $15 is quite a deal! The sink was cute too. Did you have to tinkle in a barrel too??? ;)

Elin, that's it, I'm moving--we don't have squat around here today except lots of churches doing "Trunk or Treats"! That looked like such a cool event and I LOVE the barrell sink! (I am tacky like that ;))

It's pouring rain here. Our good friends and their two kids are coming over tonight so I made a huge pot of chili this morning. Their self-imposed drinking hiatus is miraculously over so I also got in some wine and beer! :thumbsup2
Seems the husband kept feeling really sick after drinking beer and it took a year to figure out that wine doesn't make him feel that way!! Me, it only would have taken a few days. :rotfl2:
