Thanks oybolshoi! I think I'm going to get it.I really like it. We've had it for a few years now ... I like that it includes resistance band work for the 2nd and 3rd level workouts and I also like that one workout includes everything - aerobics, resistance work, abdominal work, stretching, and some yoga. It's one workout per day, six days in a row - one day of rest - for six weeks straight. They also like to push their vitamin / food supplements which I ignore.
One other thing that I like is that the workouts are low impact - I have trouble with my joints and my lower back so it's good to have a workout that I won't fail at right away.
And now that I think about it ... I also like that they really encourage participants to take weekly measurements to measure their progress rather than relying solely on the scale. If you stick with it you will see results.
I've see The Women. It's interesting what a small world it is. Everyone was with everyone's husband and everyone was gossiping about everyone else. What is up with the ranch for divorcing women? Kinda reminded me of movies where they would send unmarried pregnant women to a convent to have the baby. Weird and is more movie based rather than reality based.Bah! It figures ... I go back to work tomorrow and Roman Holiday is showing right now on TCM and then it's being followed by War and Peace. This always happens to me ...
Oh well, it's not like I haven't seen them before but good movies are hard to come by and I am especially fond of Audrey Hepburn's work.
On a totally different movie topic, have any of you guys ever seen The Women? One of my all-times favs - very funny and full of a lot of uncomfortable truths about the female animal.

Oh no! I dealt with those a few months back, the most painful thing I've ever had.
It is not fun! 
I will, however, admit to something that maybe will give you a laugh. I had no idea what the matter with me was - just that it hurt. A lot. I think it was a Sunday morning. I NEVER go to the Dr but even I could tell that I needed to do something. Well, I've watched enough Grey's Anatomy to know that there are some darn cute doctors. So I'm in the shower, doubled over in pain, shaving my legs just in case the doctor was mcdreamy!
Oh no you did not........
I was NOT meeting McDreamy, McSteamy or any of his hot cousins with stubble!

Part of the reason I had to cut way back on coffee is because I got my first kidneystone at 20.

I'm so sorry for those of you with kidney stones. I had one a year or two ago and it is not something I ever want to do again. In fact, as I was in the hospital ER trying to figure out what it was I said to the nurse "if having kids hurts this much, I don't want any!"

And very nice button. My Mom wanted to steal mine, and she isn't even going.
I was worried before they sent me the proof because they called me at the office and wanted me to send a different version of the image because they said it was too pixelated for them to use and it was blurry.
I told them that what I sent was all that I had and please can't you do something fabulous with it or I will disappoint dozens of people I've never actually met.
Then I got the proof and viola! The fabulous end product.
