Okie dokie, I'm done. Since the price was right, I'm assuming I got booked correctly. We are in for the Todd English Signature Dinner. I wasn't prepared to give my reservation number...had to look that up on the DVC member site really quick. Too much thinking this early in the morning. My rep was still booting her computer when I got her on the line, I could hear the windows start up in the background and that made me want to tear my hair out.

I'm done. My CM was nice but was frustrated by the slow loading system. In his unnessesary list of things to do/not do at the event he said bathing suits would not be acceptable attire. That's a new one.

Tequila Tasting- Sunday the 27th.

Other than that I have a few of those $8 wine and culinary demo things I'm interested in, but no signature meals for me this time around.

i can deal with missing an event because it's sold out due to popularity but to not get a fair chance to book due to someone's incompetence really upsets me.

maturity has flown out the window.

One interesting thing the CM told me when she was going through the usual spiel of park admission required, no smoking, etc, is that PFTS is casual dress. I'm still going to wear the same outfit I already have picked out, but didn't it use to be fancier then casual?

I was told capris and khakis were okay for Todds, which honestly I thought it would be a tad dressier. I got the non-transferable, non-refundable spiel on my call.

I am sure you have read this but when you do get in ask for the even by date and time. It's the only way they are finding the quick!

I'm so sorry. And right there with you. My operator (what are they called?) didn't seem to quite have a handle on the process either - what time did I want the Deen Bros event on the 26th? ummm... the ONLY time it is offered! By the time we figured out the event had been moved to Oct 3rd it was already sold out.

I hope you're still able to get what you're hoping for. Let us know!

Yeah, thats what I thought too. We'll be dressing a bit better than that. I don't think I'd have it in me to walk in with capris on. Just doesn't seem right.
