The more I order the less the price per button ... If I order 50 it looks like it will work out to about $2.50 per button, but I've not shopped around too much.

Well, we have returned from our recon trip to the brand new Chicago Whole Foods! It was a success, and we plan to return in the near future. We didn't buy very much since it was a really hot day and we had a long drive home. Next time, we'll bring a cooler with ice. We noticed that many people in the parking garage were filling up coolers - we must not have been the only ones who made a long pilgrimage that day to the 3rd largest Whole Foods. The size of the store & number of items available was truly amazing. We had lunch there, too, which was very good! We wanted to take pictures, but we were stopped by someone who said that we couldn't. So, Jordan took out her Flip camera and took stealth video instead! LOL! Brenda, you can count me in for 2 buttons! I got an email a week or two ago with a pin code for free dining for certain dates in October, November and December! So excited!!!!

I thought my brain had turned to mush when I got back on here this morning, as I could have sworn your post last night said you had 36 orders. Luckily I read Michelle's and Hedy's requests and my world righted itself.

Debbie brings that count up to 44 and I guess I might as well jump in here and order 10 of them. I have heard a group of my friends are planning to crash our F&W trip this year again. The again part is a whole 'nother story...

I understand ... I was just trying to keep it easy for me so that I don't miss anyone. 10 buttons ... fun times ahead!

Apparently "someone" heard the complaints and the DISads have been removed. I don't mind the ads, just their placement of them!

I haven't seen them, but DH said they talked about it on the podcast. You were only supposed to see them if you weren't logged in.

I would have just bought cheese ... but same result.

Feel better ... It was an ugly week here, too. My boss was out of town so I had to do his job and mine (ummm, I only get paid for one of us and it's not at the higher salary ... ), I had another interview for the job I think I'm going to turn down (no amount of money is going to convince me to give up my evenings and weekends ... I already paid my dues doing that kind of crap), and Auntie Crohn is feeling decidedly unloved and unappreciated ... I think what's happening is called The Shunning ... not to be confused with The Shining.

Oh well ... I'm taking my shingly-self and going to bed with some hydrocodone.

I'm feeling better but not better if that makes sense. Not much pain or itchy / burning anymore but damn I am tired all the time. I don't usually take naps and I fell asleep twice on Saturday afternoon ... thank goodness I was only driving the sofa while watching the baseball game.

And of course now I've got one of those stupid summer colds starting ... just in time to leave for WI and a whirlwind family visit over July 4th.

I noticed the DIS is not sending subscription updates any longer ... that seems to happen a lot. I'll try to remember to send out an APB ...

Welcome! I didn't mean scary in a bad way ... it's just a little strange when you stumble across someone who has a similar voice. I had to double check and make sure that I don't have a missing younger sister living on the west side of the country.
