The breakfast buffet at the Hard Rock !!!!

I can say that the cheeseburgers and mango margaritas at Margaritavilla are da bomb.

Emeril's restaurant at CityWalk is fabulous (we've tried their degustation menu twice ... )

And Tchoup Chop is even better than Emeril's and so so pretty with that indoor rectangular lilypad pool.

And of course, we like eating at the Hard Rock Cafe ... that's where we first tried a Kahlua Colada ... can I get an 'amen' ?

Actually, rather than brie can I have some Fromager d'Affinois?

Cheese would probably be easier to do than a Mad Hatter cake....either one would be cute! My niece is turning 21 on the 22nd of June (I feel so old!) and she wants a cake that represents all four Disney parks. She even drew a sketch for me of how she wanted it. I don't know how I'm going to pull this one off! If it doesn't turn out too terrible I might post a picture of it!

I forgot that you make cake and decorate ... d'oh! She wants all four parks? Ouch ... that's a tall order. I'm trying to think ... giant golfball for Epcot, sorcerer's hat for MGM, castle for MK, and a big honking tree for AK ... whew!

Good luck - I'm sure whatever you do will be be terrific - please do share some pictures if you have time.

No I googled it.There was a whole website of "cheesecakes" I remember seeing it awhile back and searched it thought you would get a little chuckle out of it. I will see if I can find the site again. It seems people do this instead of a cake

Oddly enough we are also having wireless router issues this week! All of a sudden my secure connection (which we have had for about 5 years!) went poof! and I cannot find it anywhere. My router shows up as a new named connection that I cannot seem to secure to save my soul. I have beefed up our firewall and virus scanning, but it is driving me nutso!

I can't say that I'm thrilled with my blog ... I don't know squat about HTML and that's how everything is formatted there. The pictures are actually easy to upload but I can only do five at a time, so if I want them to appear in the right order for my text I have to upload them backwards. Does that make sense? And I have to upload pictures before I write anything - otherwise I have to copy and paste around HTML to move them around. It's just easier to write text around the pictures. Although I'm not sure easy is the right word.

I wish I could do more to help ... I'm not very smart when it comes to this stuff.

TINK ... hope you feel better soon. It's time for me to pop another pill ... the stingy, pokey, owies are back.

Drew says the same thing about uploading photos in backward order and then writing. I know one time he wrote first and then tried to upload pictures and it went totally wonky on him and he wasn't able to copy and paste to fix it.
