Bell services?

Wondering with the moderates and value resorts does bell services deliever luggage, and owner's lockers to room Or do you pick up your stuff there?

owner lockers > are purple lockers [large bins with locks] we have through ownerslockers.com that keep your travel stuff in florida and deliever it to your resort when you are there.

Ours are rather heavy. And usually they are delievered to bell services. I just wasn't sure if bell services deliever to rooms or you pick up stuff there?

Gotcha. Yes, they will deliver your Owner's Locker to your room. They will also bring any groceries you have delivered up to your room.

Probably not applicable to this poster, but if you take Magical Express bags are delivered to your room even if no one is there. Bell Services are tipped per bag on all Magical Express luggage if you are not in the room, so it doesn't matter to them if you are there or not.
Also, if you are on a split stay bags will also be delivered to your room if you have them sent through your first resort, and you don't have to be in the room either to accept them.

You can do either, they will hold and deliver any luggage / packages that arent dealt with via DME. If you pick them up yourself, I dont believe that they let you use the luggage carts so you would have to lug the OL box. As stated, tipping will be expected if you have them deliver.

POP definitely allows guests to use the luggage carts (not golf carts but the manual ones like you see in hotels). However, there are only a few so at busy times of day (AM for check-out especially) there might not be one available without waiting. At the value resorts you may have a longer wait for bell services, making it more timely to do it yourself.

I to have a question. Someone said if you arrive early and your room is not ready they will store your luggage, we will stop by and get some groceries before we arrive not alot but some milk and yogurt. Do they also store that? And if they do take your luggage to your room for you how much do you tip them?
