Bell services/Turner drugs

I am planning on ordering a couple medical supplies from Turner and deciding to take advantage of ordering a case of water through them too. Do we need to pickup the water or is that something we can request bell services bring to the room (tipping them of course). Curious about hauling a case of water across resort.
