I can find information on being a gay male in the DCP but none on being a gay female.

Just give me the rundown on what it's like to be a girl who likes other girls.

I'm thinking of doing the fall 2018 program.

What exactly do you mean. Internship wise nothing is different because no one cares at Disney.

Roommate and social life wise it will depend on who you get assigned and what you do in your free time.

Um, I mean whether the living atmosphere is homophobic. Aka girls who think it's gross to like other girls.

Its just general life for a lesbian, I've heard billions of experiences from gay men just none from women.

Really depends on your roommates so it will be hard to tell before hand. Best advice if you are worried about that is find a roommate after you get in on one of the CP facebooks. That way at least you know the roommate you share a bedroom with doesn't care.

Unless you preselect your whole apartment it is really hard to predict. My roommate was lesbian and I am not. We had no problems. I didn't care what she did as long as she respected me enough to give fair warning if she needed the room just like I gave her fair warning if I meeded the bedroom. we had a one bedroom so it was pretty easy going just an apartment of mutual respect.

There won't be any group bashing of LGBT but I have to imagine with some of the petty stuff that goes on in CP housing there is the potential for someone to make snide comments and such but if you report them they will either get talked to by housing, moved, or even simply sent home. Didn't hear of anyone letting their differences get that far though.

In general the DCP is very open-minded and working there is not going to be a problem at all. There are all sorts of people there. You may or may not have problems with roommates depending on where you get placed and their personal thoughts on the matter.

If you feel better I'd just post a roommate survey in the FB groups and tumblr and just mention it if you want your roommates to be aware and roommates that are accepting. Or just give a heads up in a group if you plan to room and want to make sure they're all okay with it, you most likely are not gonna have any problems.
