I know there has been discussion about the KTTK tour, but what about the other tours, are they EVC friendly? Obviously the ones at Epcot where you get in the water are not and the Segway Tours, but what about the Behind the Seeds Tour, Wild by Design, Mickey's Magical Milestones.

We really want to do Mickey's Magical Milestones and Behind the Seeds tour, but mom and I use ECV's so how will that work? Do we need to book these prior to our trip?

Suzanne princess:

I've been on the Behind the Seeds tour and it was fine. I use a manual wheelchair but I've taken the tour where there was me using a wheelchair and another person using an ECV. The tour takes place all on one level with no stairs involved at all. There are a couple of semi tight turns but the ECV user I saw had no problem with them.

I have done Behind The Seeds in an ECV. They can be booked in advance (407-WDW-TOUR) but also if you go into The Land pavilion at the BTS counter (near Soarin) you can usually sign up for specific times that day.

You can go in, get your fastpasses for Soarin and sign up for the tour at the same time.

That is a great idea. I saw the desk when we came off The Land in August, but we didn't have time to do the tour that day, and we didn't get to ride Soarin', but with God as My witness, I will ride Soarin In December.

We are going to Epcot on December 21, would it be best to book before we go to WDW?

I don't have trouble with tight turns, but my mom does (she tipped her ECV over one time in MK), maybe I can get DH to push her in a manual chair just for the tour.
