Obviously we love everything Haunted Mansion. Over the years we have found some pretty sweet stuff on the Haunted Mansion. Behind the scenes pictures, stories, even a video or two.

But we wanted to know if anyone (cast member or normal joe) has any backstage photos of The Haunted Mansion!! We'd love to see them!!!

Now don't get us wrong, we love the magic of Disney as much as anyone, especially with the Haunted Mansion. But now that we're adults, it's interesting to see how the magic is made.

Let's start with the Haunted Mansion, but if anyone has backstage photos of ANYTHING...let see them!!!

If you would like to see the backstage magic you should take the Backstage Magic Tour. We did it in April and it was GREAT!!!! They show you behind the scenes stuff from Epcot, MGM and MK. You also see the machine shops where ride vehicles are made, maintenance areas, character areas, the sewing and costume making rooms. My favorite was the Christmas warehouse. You also get to go underneath the MK. There are also some behind the scenes ride stuff too. :thumbsup2

try www.doombuggies.com

(I think I spelled that right!) It's an entire website devoted to the various Disney haunted mansions! They even have a book!

Even when on a tour you are not allowed to take pictures backstage so it would be hard to find actual pictures from backstage. The Keys to the Kingdom tour takes you on the haunted Mansion but not on much of anything backstage their, everything we saw backstage at the Haunted mansion I have seen when the ride is broken and we are escorted out.

I remember a site they used to have that had all sorts of backstage pictures. I think for Mansion they had pictures of the Hitchhiking Ghosts, but when they were "turned off". It was really weird...

But anyway, goodluck finding pictures.

I took the CM Tour of the behind the scenes of the Haunted Mansion about a week ago now and it was very, very cool. Of course we were not allowed to take any photos but I can tell you it was an awesome experience.

Do you have to be 16 yrs old and up to do that one?

We have seen all the sites, and doombuggies.com defanitely has the best photos and videos for sure. We were just wondering if anyone personally had any photographs or videos, but I gues they are pretty serious about not allowing it...which makes the pictures we have seen that much more rare and impressive.

As for the tour. I've heard that the Magic Kingdom backstage doesn't show you backstage at the haunted mansion, but only the control room. What other CM tour are you speaking about that shows you actual backstage of the haunted mansion, I'm interested in that!
