Hey y'all!

This is my first EVER post trip reporting and I'm super excited!

As this will be my pre-trip report, I'll explain the who what when where and whys of this trip

So here goes nothing!

Princess Polly and the Bride to be do Disney!

Who: Samantha, that's me! Affectionately known as Polly by her best friends and nieces and nephews. And Stacia, the bride to be!


What?: A girls weekend to celebrate Stacia's upcoming wedding!

When: May 20th-24th

Chapter two: how we met, and how this trip got started!

Stacia (the bride) and I became friends in 2013 when she came to my salon and got her hair highlighted by me when her sister quit doing hair. At first, she was so quiet and I hardley knew anything about her but over time, we bonded. One afternoon, after she had an appointment with me, she had asked if we could have dinner and hang out. I don't normally mix friendships with clients but I figured it was worth a shot. We were definitely fast friends!!

Fast forward to November 2014, Stacia and her boyfriend went to cancun! A few days before she was telling me as if he was never going to propose because he told her to "not get her hopes up". I knew better than that! I told her to just be patient, when the right time comes along, it'll happen. I just had a hunch that it would be happening on their vacation! On her birthday, Brian FINALLY popped the question and she said yes!! See, I knew it . Stacia got so caught up in the moment that she forgot to include me in the group text asking if we would be her bridesmaids! I still won't let her live it down, haha. Of course I accepted!!

So how did we end up going to Disney? Haha. Well, a little bit of compromise!

My former boyfriend and I, and stacia and Brian had tickets to a concert and we decided to go out to dinner previous to the concert starting. At dinner the boys said that if they could go to Vegas, we could go to WDW! Woot woot! Unfortunately for them, my relationship with my boyfriend ended and so the boys trip fell through. However, Brian was still so sweet to let me take stacia for a girls weekend! We are 43 days out and so excited!

Next up, a bridal surprise bag!
