Wow, Kathy!!! First let me say that you look FABULOUS!!! All I can say is WOW, WOWIE, WOW....you are gorgeous!

Thanks so much for your post, you have so elegantly said so much of what I feel myself about WISH. You have a wonderful attitude and you have always had a kind word and support for me and I thank you for that. What an inspiration you are!

Kathy i just have to tell you YOU look wonderful! WOW girl you have made a big transformation! Your where pretty before heavy but you are a total hottie now! I love your new look and i know you do too. You have been a very special friend to me on WISH and i can't wait to see you in TX in June. Have a wonderful safe holiday girl. And i'm with you on staying steady i'm holding at 142-144 and i just want to maintain that thru the holidays and the new year i'll finish up my project on me with another 5or so pounds to go and you'll be right there with me. Thank you Kathy! You have given me the inspiration I was looking for today. I was not feeling so great with myself because Saturday was a bad day and I strayed from the plan quite a bit. But seeing your before and after photos have really helped me to refocus on what is important here. You look absolutely beautiful! How wonderful for you to be going to all the holiday gatherings looking so great! Next year, that will be me too! (and a bunch of other WISHers!)

We must have looked pretty silly. But I was just so happy that night, I couldn't help myself!

I can't thank everyone enough for all the kind words. It's a bit embarrassing to post the old photo, but also very liberating.

We've been through a lot together this year. We've got some really big losers in this here club! And we've got wonderful, supportive friends who've spent this year working on getting started on their WISH journey... you really have to be in the right place emotionally, and mentally and physically READY to see big changes. For those of you who have spent 2003 getting ready, 2004 will be YOUR year to shine!

Oh, Kathy, your pictures are fabulous!!

We started at about the same time-me with a bit more weight on than you, I'd guess. We must have stalled at the same time! (again, I've a bit more weight on me than the 165)

I know that we can finish this journey together. I've been lurking for the past while, and I'm hoping to maintain this holiday season, and then go back to everything else after the new year. The Disney Half Marathon is just over a year away.

Congratulations, hun, on all that hard work. You are incredible. Merry Christmas!!!
