Beer Mug??????

My DH just read about a refillable Beer mug. What is it, how much does it cost and what type of Beer do they have on board????

As I recall, the mugs cost $9.95 and for that you get a 20 oz. draft for the same price as a 16 oz. draft. It doesn't get you anything with canned or bottled beer. Draft beer selections were limited in the deck 9 bars, which were the only ones I went to. Miller Lite and A-B products, as I recall.

Miller Lite was my flavor of choice. 9.95 for the mug......22oz was 3.25 plus gratuity=3.74. Draft beer was available at ALL bars. Miller lite was limited to pinoccios, signals and (I can't remember the name) the bar by the internet cafe'. Bud lite was at all others.

I once did the math, and if you drink 7 "premium" beers (Heineken, as I recall, was $4), or 9 domestic beers during the course of the cruise, than this is worth the $10 you pay for the mug (based on the $3.25 and $4.00 prices). We bought these on our first trip, and the mugs make a nice souvenier, but we've since decided that lugging the mug around everywhere was a bit of a pain, so we haven't bothered with them since.

If you like a light, sweet wine - try the Selbach Piesporter Riesling - my mouth is watering already! We shared our wine package with our table mates and the night Giorgio (Brazil) recommended it, we had TWO bottles and could have gone on for a third!
