I'm trying to plan our December vacation and get an idea of approximately how much I'll need to budget for tipping. We really wanted to do some of the beer flights 
that some of the restaurants offer (Rose & Crown, Biergarten, and Big River Grille and Brew Works). I have searched high and low for what people seem to have paid for these as they aren't highly advertised or if they are on the menu they have no indication of prices. Can anyone help me with this and does anyone know of any other restaurants that offer them? Thanks to all in advance!!
