Been slacking on my planning and need your help to get organized!

Hi,
We leave on the 19th for 21 glorious days at DisneyWorld for Christmas.
Dining plans and Fastpasses are done, and we have a Christmas Eve sleigh ride booked at Fort Wilderness and part of our stay will be at Wilderness Lodge, but I haven’t spent enough time planning all the other holiday things we should not miss.

This will be our 3rd trip of this year, so the regular rides and entertainment aren’t our focus. We are there to enjoy Christmas at Disney!

I would like to get our annual picture (usually from the local mall) of the kids with Santa at Disney. Will that be available?

I would like to create a list of the special holiday entertainment at each park that I shouldn’t miss and also what resorts we should stop and look around at. Also, any special snacks we should try this time of year? My kids are 10, 5, and 3 if that helps.

I’m packing a mini tree, ornaments, the stockings, that darn elf, and other Christmas decorations for our stay.

I haven't been at Christmastime, but since you haven't had any replies I thought I'd chime in

I hear Voices of Liberty at Epcot are not to be misssed. And I'd probably check out these, even the parade and we usually avoid the parades
