been prepared for a last min trip??

we are hoping to do a last min trip in oct ( this year )

i have sent my passport off,everybody elses is in date and in a little folder

do we need new estas or can we travel on our last years trip ones?

we have both booked 2 week off work

i have a stash of suncream

i have also been topping up/buying dollars mosts weeks so have enough for basics and we both have p.o credit cards we will use for everything else


so is there anything else i can do to make the whole thing easier /be ready to go in a next day situation??
