Been on hold with the Disneyland Hotel for 20 min waiting for an operator

Hi everyone,

I have been on hold for 20 minutes now with the Disneyland Hotel waiting for an attendant/cast member to pick up so I can ask a question about our upcoming reservation. I called 714-778-6600. It's completely silent with no music playing (yes my phone is still connected). This is ridiculous. This is the 2nd time I've called too because the first time I thought something weird had happened so I hung up and called back a 2nd time- now, still waiting! Is this normal??

I've never waited that long, especially with no music going on. Maybe they're having phone issues.

I tried to call another hotel in the area a couple of days ago and it didn't ring, just was blank. Yet the next day it rang just fine. It really may be a phone issue. I'd try and find another number just in case.

Ok it started ringing, rang about 25 times before someone finally picked up and I was able to ask my questions. Crazy.

When I called for a dining reservation 2 days ago there was no music. I was bummed as I love listening to the music as I wait.... makes me feel like I am that much closer to our trip!
