A few months ago I purchased some meat which is labeled as "Choice Beef Back Ribs". I've used short ribs in the past and these are much bigger. They were also pretty cheap (3ibs for about $4).
I pulled them out of the freezer tonight and plan on cooking them on Sunday. The label says 'grill ready'? Do I need to cook them on the grill. Although we are in a certifiable heat wave (it was 30 degrees today. LOL) I am not ready to pull out the grill. Can I cook them in a crock pot. If possible, I want to put them in the crock pot before mass on Sunday. I don't really want to cook them with BBQ sauce. Please send recipes/ideas. I am lost on what to do with these things...
