BedSheets: King or Cal King?

Overstock.com has amazing prices on high-thread-count sheets. I have a California King size bed. It measures 72"wide x 84"long. A regular king (or Eastern King) measures 78"wide x 80"long (almost square!) Problem is, I can't figure out if the sheets on Overstock are Cals or regulars. I think I have one set of regulars, and I gotta really tug to get them on my mattress! But the thought of 1000 thread-count sheets at a low price sounds really good! (but only if they fit!) Does anyone have experience with the different King-sized mattresses?

I have a CA L king and I LOVE IT. But you are right, regular kings usually fit ok but after a few washings, they shrink and come off easily. But 1000 thread count should not shrink like my cheap Wal Mart sheets. . .

I may have to go check this out myself!
