Beds in One Bedroom Villas

Most one bedroom villas seem to have a king size bed, not 2 queens. Are there any with two queens and then a sleeper sofa in the outer room?

All have a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Some also have the twin sleeper chair (AKV except value rooms, OKW, BLT, VGC).

Exactly. Max occupancy is 5 (+ one under 3 in a crib). King in the bedroom, sleeper sofa, and sleeper chair sometimes.

Just to throw more compilations in, I thought Disney (not DVC) will only allow occupancy of 4+1 infant in the DVC 1 bedrooms that don't have the sleeper chair. It's only on a DVC points reservation that they will allow members to have 5 in the other 1 BRs. And we have to bring our own bedding for that person. That has been the rule in the past when booking with Disney.

But cheese mouse said "max" of 5, so maybe that's what was meant.

You are correct- you can only get 5 (except at OKW, BLT, and AKV-non value) through Disney, any others to get 5 you need to book through Member Services(with DVC points).
