Bedknobs and Broomsticks in the Parks?

Hey everyone!

The family and I are planning our 3rd trip to the World this November. I am a huge fan of Bedknobs and Broomsticks, one of my favorite Disney movies. Last night I picked up the new BluRay copy just recently released!

My question is, has any ran across any presence at all of Bedknobs and Broomsticks anywhere in WDW? It seems hard to find even merchandise for it.

No, there is nothing related to the movie in the parks.
And I love that movie too! I didn't realize the blueray just came out.

I'm a huge fan as well! This should have been as popular as Mary Poppins in my opinion! Like, I mean, there's Swiss Family Robinson Tree House in MK and I think, at least today, there are WAY more Bedknobs fans than SFR fans. Not to knock that movie, that was a family favorite growing up as well, I just think it's weird it has a presence in the parks and Bedknobs doesn't when I think Bedknobs is so awesome. There was once also a 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride too. I guess that too was once very popular. Bedknobs didn't do great at the box office initially but it's gotten qutie a following over the years. They could have made an amazing ride with the Traveling Spell that launches the bed from place to place - think of the amazing kaleidoscope effects in the movie!

I have always loved that movie (almost as much as the books it was based on!)

But it was never commercially successful. Even now, most people have never even heard of it.

That was in the VCR countless times when the kids were little!!

I was pondering why there wasn't as well. After the original Winnie the Pooh, this was the 2nd Disney movie my son saw. The whole family loves it. I would even be happy with merchandise other than the DVD.

To this day, I can't hear or read anything about portobello mushrooms without that song running through my head, often for the rest of the day...

Portobello Road, Portobello Road, place where the riches of ages are stowed,
Anything and everything a chap can unload
Is stored through the ages at Portobello Road!

or something like that. Maybe they could open a bookstore or something in the UK World Showcase and call it Portobello Road. No wait, it would get mixed up with the Portobello restaurant in Downtown Disney, which as far as I know has no connection at all to Bedknobs and Broomsticks.
