I would like to know how the bedding is at either The Royal Pacific or The Hard Rock Hotel?

If anyone has information in terms of thread count per sheet, mattress comfort, pillow softness/firmness, etc., it would be greatly appreciated because getting adequate rest is a neccessity when vacationing at a theme park.

;)

I can only speak for the HRH. Don't know the thread count of the sheets, but the beds are SOOOOOOO comfortable and they have that wonderful comforter. No problem feeling good in one of those beds.

No idea of thread counts. <vbg>
But HRH has the better bedding, not as good as PBH though. Nice cozy comforters, comfy mattress not too soft or too firm, cotton blankets.
RP's beds were very comfy, but no comfy cozy comforter only a typical hotel spread!!
All resorts had nice fluffy pillows (didn't even have to use my own) and cotton blankets, although the extra one at RP was one of those velour ones (yuk).
Of the three, PBH had the best bedding hands down!
#1-PBH
#2-HRH
#3-RP

as quoted on the Loews Hotel website re: the Hard Rock's Garden view rooms ...
... 327 rooms featuring triple sheeting with duvet cover and throw pillows, an oversized reading chair, writing desk, stereo system, in-room safe ... etc
or the one re: the Portofino
Once sent to your room, you may be tempted not to leave. Spacious and extravagant, our accommodations don’t miss a detail. Custom-made, down duvets are perfect for the Florida weather and Egyptian cotton linens are a plush addition to an already posh bathroom ...

do the beds at the RPR feature any of the same type of bedding (ie. triple sheeting, no duvet)?

No duvet at RP, just a sheet could be two sheets, one under the blanket & one over the blanket, cotton blanket & typical hotel quilt.

Can't comment on the RPH but I can comment on the beds and the rooms at the HRH.

Those beds and their bedding at the HRH are the most comfortable hotel beds that I have ever slept in. Only ones comparable were the ones in the CC Marriott, downtown Indianapolis. And take from a guy who has been a traveling salesman for the last 15 years I know what comfortable beds are.

The whole art deco decor with soft pastel walls along with a good relaxation cd in the in-room stereo make for a well deserved restful evening.

The only thing that tops their beds is the pool.
