Bed Wetting Alarm Reviews Please

I have 2 DS's, who are now 16 & 13. Both are very sound sleepers! They were both in pull up at night until they where 10 or 11. ;)We never made a big deal out of it.

My youngest DS has a problem with night terrors...there was no way, I would have woken him up in the middle of the night!

Actually, there is a link between bedwetting and night terrors. I've read that night terrors occur when a child has a full bladder during one of the sleep cycles (we've dealt with them too). I found that if I could get my child to use the bathroom, it would end the terror.

I think the alarm is appropriate when the child is frustrated, and wants a solution.

Thanks for sharing your experiences with the alarms. Its been very helpful. We just want to do what we can to help her. She's just getting to an age where she wants to be dry and we want to support her any way we can. I have no problem with her wearing pullups and waiting for her to "outgrow" it, but she does and thats what matters.

We used the alarm about 6 months ago with ds 9. It was his idea and it was a great success!! It took about 7 nights and after that he started waking on his own to go pee.

That's the kind we used. I used the cheaper one.

My other ds 7 is still in Goodnights and has no interest in using the alarm so we are not pushing him. If you have any questions please feel free to ask me or message me :)
