I know that they have bed rails, just key housekeeping when you arrive. I doubt it on the gates for stairs, as most units don't have stairs, only grand villas. If you are just trying to block access to certain areas, what we have always done was unplug the phones, put socket protectors in the sockets, keep the bathroom doors shut, take the knives out of the drawers and the detergent out from under the sink and put them on top of the fridge, and keep the front and balcony door locked with the security lock. So far we haven't had any problems as there really isn't that much for the kids to get into since the rooms are otherwise fairly empty.
