I checked like every role off my application...I do not care what I do as long I am in Disney!!!!!! haha!! The lady who interviewed me even said, well i see you checked off a lot of options so that is good that you are open to any role How about you guys? What did you pick?

I did the same thing! But the more I think about it, the more I realize I dont want QSFB, and I hear they put a lot of people there AHHHHH! I'm praying for merchandise,vacation planner, hospitality, BBB, ANYTHINGGG!

I know I didnt check of QSFB or Housekeeping because I know I wouldnt enjoy doing something like that, and I heard like 1/3 of the jobs are for those roles...so if you checked those off and get accepted, you are most likely going to get that role. But if I dont get in this time...I will prolly check those two off for Fall!

Well the recruiter was showing off all the prizes that we could've won and my eyes lit up when I saw that pen. My favorite color is purple so I freak out every time I see it on anything. I was like, I have got to get that pen! So he asked us what cities are the other Disney parks located in. My hand shot up like a bullet! I was like, "Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Paris!" Then he was about to give me some other crappy thing and I was like oh nooo nuh uh, "Can I please have the purple pen?" And the girl sitting next to me was like, "Hehe I wanted that one too."

You are a champ!!!

My friend got that pen...I was super jealous at the time and didn't know her yet, hahaha.

Hey there,

I'm going insane waiting for my audition for the WDW CP AND an offer/rejection letter from DL CP. AH! I get more nervous as time goes on. The thing is, I don't want to hear from DL until I get closer to my audition date so I can see what my options are. I don't want to have to decline DL just for the small chance of getting a character role, only to be left with nothing for sping. Gah!

Anyways, I got a Disney letter in the mail yesterday (letter, NOT packet) so I thought that would be my DL rejection, but it was a "pending" one....Which just says they will get to me by December 1st on their decision. Gah. Stop playing with my emotions Disney!!

Yeah....That'd be torture. So you applied to both as well? What roles, etc?

Well my first choice is DLR because I want to be near my boyfriend. I applied Aug.31 and got a pending letter Sept.17. I chose 13 roles. I can't remember them all, but my top 3 were Food Cart Cashier, Transportation, and Custodial Busser. Others were Custodial, QSFB, Attractions, etc. My interviewer only asked me Qs about FCC, custodial, and QSFB I think.

I applied for WDW (because I was getting desperate) on Oct.16. This time I applied for 7 roles. My top 3 were Transportation, QSFB, and Attractions. My interviewer asked me Qs about Trans, Att, and Custodial I think. I have not gotten a pending letter from WDW and not even a thank you email. It's too soon to worry though.

Still not a peep from DLR.

Hey! My name is Makeda. I'm new to the board just been behind the scenes coming on when I can. My friend and I attend the presentation at my school on Oct. 6th and I did my interview on that following Tuesday the 13th @ 2:3p with Denise, it's been 8 days and I'm dying to hear from them. I'm constantly checking my email although I get notified of new emails on my iTouch or checking the mail when I know exactly what time it usually comes. I'm always googling information and looking for new boards to join for the internship. I talk my twin sister to death about getting in and what I'm going to buy for my apartment (I have a thing for decorating). I'm excited because this might be the first time in two years since we both have lived so close (She's is moving back to Orlando from Jacksonville, Fl and will be caring for my puppy Milo). I'm hoping to get this because I'll be finish with my AA Degree this semester and haven't figured what school to transfer for my BS Degree. Going to Disney is buying me time to figure out if I want to stay home or move away or seeing if there is anything else in the work field I maybe interested in. I just wanted to say good luck to eveyone and possibly see you all in Disney World.
