HI guys!!!
Lynnda...Thanks for the info on that! The swimming actually now sounds like it might be possible... The biking...I would definately have to practive that! Maybe in the next year or two...hmmm
Vic...So sorry to hear you are sick!!
The chiro visit did go well. Thanks for asking. They did the electro-therapy on my back, laser on one foot, ultrasound on the other and ultrasound on the hip flexor. The Dr did her "manipulations" and I felt better. I have to continue to stretch and ice that hip flexor. My right leg is shorter than than the left due to a skiing accident (broken leg...). This happens to also be the side of the ailing back and hip flexor. I know the 1/2 inch difference plays into it, but I also think driving so much does. My husband and I work in the same building--nice, we can carpool, but it's a 45-60 min drive EACH way. Normally he drives, but has had a seizure in Oct and Nov and is now on a no-driving restriction. So...that means I'm driving everywhere which I think is impacting my hip flexor. When we were at WDW for marathon weekend, I didn't drive for 4 days and my hip never bothered me... Just a therory...
So..anyway...Last night I did the elliptical and bike for total of 50 mins. Today I will try to do a 30 min Step Class and aquacise.
Keep pushing you guys... You're doing awesome!!!
