Becoming a Mystery Shopper??

Hi Gang how are ya?? Was trying to get ideas on how to make some extra money and I saw a thread about being a secret shopper or a mystery shopper. i worked for genuardis about 2 years ago and secret shoppers were becoming a big thing then and I always thought it would be neat to do. I was wondering how a person could get involved in being a secret shopper for a supermarket or anywhere I guess?????

Most of the major merchandising companies employ mystery shoppers. There are also newsletters on Yahoo for mystery shoppers.

Just keep in mind the jobs usually don't pay a lot, you have to keep detailed notes, it takes awhile to get paid and to get assignments.

It sounds like fun but it is a lot of work to keep getting assignments.

I've been doing some mystery shopping, and although the pay is not very high, for the most part, it's fun and interesting, and every little bit helps!

Log on to Volition.com, and there is a listing of many, many mystery shops - you sign up online, and then they contact you (sometimes, they have a job board that you can search and request assignments on - depends on the company).
