How long does it take from a resale purchase that haas passed ROFR to close?

We closed 18 days after ROFR on our resale. I think there was a week delay by the sellers on returning their paperwork. Then the points were in our account in about 20 days after ROFR or two days after closing.

No. We purchased and already passed ROFR on June 29th. I am getting a little anxious because I would like to make a couple of reservations and time is passing. Oh well not much I can do but wait.

We got lucky and the seller sent the paperwork in a few days. I was also anxious to make reservations for October which is apparently now virtually booked. We closed about 1 week after ROFR (about 4 weeks ago) and had our points about 4-5 days after that. Good luck!

Robert from the timeshare Store (where I did make my purchase) told me that the seller send back their paperwork on Friday. So if everything works out I should close by the end of the week. Thanks
