We got more Big Gives over the last few days!!!

The first came on Friday and was from TeresaJoy!

Becca had a right job trying to get into the box, it was taped up tighter than Fort Knox, in fact I don’t think there was a piece of the box that didn’t have tape on it.
I finally had to go at it with the carving knife, but left a little so Becca actually did open the box

What is this?? A Pink Football?

Ah, wait though, she spies letters, and has to manhandle them out from under the Football

Very intently reading the letter, I got one too and had to read mine to her…..there were a few puzzled looks as my letter refered to her gifts so I had to keep beeping my words out as I read

The unwrapping

First came a mini pink Football that was buried beneath the Giant Pink Football – This smaller one got opened first because the Giant one fell out of the bag and rolled away. By the time I had rescued it she had already started unwrapping the mini

Ummmm….It has Minnie dots……Could it be??

Yes!!!! Sweet!!! It’s the Minnie dress that she wanted!. Becca had seen this in the photo’s she had been shown when her Big Give first started and she absolutely fell in love with it

Thanks Teresa!! She was very relieved to see the dress, she kept saying that maybe the person had made something else and that she didn’t know how much she had wanted the dress, if you could have heard the Whoop of joy when she figured out what it was!!

The Giant Pink Football

Becca was really puzzled about this one, it was heavy you see, but sorta soft too.

She didn’t waste any time untying the Football, once the ribbon untied it kinda opened itself, she got this “Can it be?” look

Now she has the “I think it is…..And YES IT IS” Look

Trying so hard to rescue it from it Pink Football skin….Honestly, it was really jammed in there, I have no idea how Teresa got it so tightly closed in the first place, I have gotten it back in its pink skin, but I haven’t managed to completely close it yet.

It’s a Petti-skirt!! She was overjoyed!

Totally blown it and puffed out after the spinning. She had to rest up for a while because she had overcooked it, but she said it was worth it

I do not know where other than Disney she is going to wear this but she loves it. She says it has all of her favorite colors in it and she just loves it, loves it, LOVES IT!!!

We had to have a modeling session with both the Animal Minnie print and the Petti.

Received a cute little Tink/Castle card, the envelope was impressive too

She had to show Tink on the back whilst reading it

Wow!! Neat Zebra print shirt with a Pink Minnie head -complete with bow- on the front

Black pants with co-ordinated prints on the bottom. Becca was very quick to look and see that they were elasticated, she says THANKS for the elastic

Just bawling, that's me! Oh my goodness, the happiness and joy I get out of seeing Becca so happy just can not even be described in any words known to man! THANK YOU!!!!

My girls often make Pettibouquets too!!! The Marge hair had me laughing so hard! And, as Heather said, pettis are everyday wear around here! Walmart, Meijer, McDonald's, the park, the zoo, the mall, religious meetings, or they are mighty comfortable for just lounging about the house. Not that I have ever personally done that myself.

You can even hang from a tree in them!

These are the BEST pictures Mandy! Please thank Becca for being such a good model for us!

ETA: I've had lots of practice stuffing pettis into small bags and boxes! They are amazing resilient those pettis! Twirl them about for a bit and they puff right back up!

On Saturday we received a Big Give Parcel from Momma2dakidz (Becky)

First photo up…..The Opening

What is this??? It’s Very colorful and big

It’s a Tote bag stuffed full of Goodies! The bag itself is quilted with pale pink satin fabric on the inside and a pocket. On the outside there are 2 pockets on the front and back and 2 pockets on each of the sides.

There was a large Tink (Fairies) water bottle stuck in one of the side pockets

A Tink seat cover and back cover for Becca’s Wheelchair, WOW

An Animal Print back cover for her wheelchair

And if that wasn’t enough Becca finds Mickey Head back cover, all for her Wheelchair!! Oh, and a cat

A close-up of the back cover where it says her name – She was as pleased as punch at this. The Mickey head is made out of furry fabric, which she loves

A Seat cushion with a red cover to go with the Mickey Head. But, what you cant see is that the red cover comes off to reveal a silky black seat pad that will match the animal print and the Tink cover fits on the seat pad too!

So Becca says……..This is neat!! When I change my custom clothes my wheelchair can change its clothes too!!! My wheelchair has three brand new outfits!

Next up some Monsters Inc!

The Tote still held something else

A little round container (on the red seat pad)which Becca is going to use for allsorts (she cant make up her mind) and a box of notelets. These are both Monsters Inc

Some a couple of disposable cool packs, multi-color pens and some markers with those fuzzy felt coloring pages, again, Monsters Inc

A Finding Nemo activity book

The Nemo book has Stickers 

Some Monsters Inc tattoos

All the goodies laid out in all of their glory

A cat!! I have no idea where she came from  The other cats leg is in several of the photos too

You can see the tote closer up in these photos, it is a really nice one and very pretty too, Becca loves it.

We are going to have a Wheelchair fashion show now, starring……
You have to imagine I am commentating.

The Wheelchair!! And Becca 

First down the runway comes the Tink Two-Piece

You can see that the red seat pad has been transformed into a Tink seat pad

Next down comes a versatile little number being a two-come-three piece

You will note the Animal print back with the silky seat pad

Just a two minute change and we can also have a dashing red seat pad with the animal print

Third down the runways struts this striking little two-piece in red

One added benefit to this outfit is that it wont be lost by its Momma, the name just shouts its flamboyancy out loud

Of course, no runway show would be complete without the other half of the team….Presenting the complete outfit….
