Hey, hey, hey my friends the time has come for me to write my report! Of course that means my beautiful trip has come to end end BUT all good things finish, right?
Just to recap we hit the road with my best friend of 26 years who is also a poster (by continuous bugging of your truly

) Nah, she loves meh! She is Ecogirl BTW and will hop on to add her 2 cents, which I desperately need now...... Girlfriend is bah-roke! My dh is Pierre, dd Bella is 8 and ds Cooper is 5. They started school today, thank goodness. I went to Hard Rock Cafe for lunch with some other Mom's to celebrate our freedom

They have the BEST quesedillas there, anyone tried them???!!!
Anyhoos, our fabu trip started at a fresh 3:30 am

last Monday morning. Ecogirl was moving WAY outta state so she had to bring alot of her life with us. I think we were all a little worried whether or not all the suitcases would fit cause you know my butt overpacks but Pierre somehow managed it. We left the house around 4:20 am and got about 4 miles down the road and we hit a roadblock. Luckily it was an easy place to turn around and not lose time but there were an awful lot of police cars and firetrucks so I hope everyone was okay. We got to the airport pretty quickly after that although we had to endure ALOTTA constant chattering from Bella. Man that kid can talk!!!
We parked in the long term lot and jumped in the shuttle for the airport. Here's Ecogirl and Pierre
Me and Pierre
Bella and Cooper, last year we got a shot of them with the handpainted husky from our state college but he was missing.
Security was a breeze again and we got some snacks before heading over to the gate. Pierre stood in a seemingly endless line for some coffee while we grabbed some seats. I realized Cooper's backpack was missing

so I had to run back to Mickey D's and find it. I had visuals of someone alerting security over a suspicious Incredible Hulk backpack

Luckily it was there so I made it back in time for our gate to open although we were starting to wonder if Pierre would make it back with coffee. He did!
On the flight Pierre sat with Bella and Cooper sat with me and Ecogirl. Bella talks too much. WAY too much.
We were really worried about Fay and kept checking the weather before we left. UGHHHHH it looked horrible

and I was praying it would'nt hit us too bad. Ecogirl and I decided that since we were landing at 9:45 or so we may as well go to AK that day. We plotted out our strategy then relaxed listening to our I-pods.
First ride of the day: the MCO tram!!!
We made the walk to ME, I always get confused about where to go

but found it and checked in. We only had to wait about 10 minutes of so and jumped on the bus

Our driver was rather witty so the magic started right away. Ecogirl was rightfully worried about leaving her laptop in the hotels hands. I would be too if it were me so I totally understood.
Our first stop was the Pop Century resort and the kids thought it looked VERY cool! Not long afterwards they stopped at at Coronado Springs resort. I really wanted to stay there last year but couldn't get free dining if I did so hadta switch. Bummer cause I didn't care for CBR and thought CSR looks great! Maybe next time....
NEXT!!! The Animal Kingdom Lodge!!!!! To DIIIIIIIIEEEEEEE! We pulled up and my heart flitted and fluttered, I snapped a quick pic of the front and when we ran inside I got one of the lobby
That's it for now folks, keep checking back I have tomorrow off so will do another update. How did our day go?????
