I can't believe how crazy our summer has been and I'm SO glad I didn't sign the kids up for summer camp. We've been bouncing all over hanging out with friends, I've been doing alot of hair at home (xtra $$$ ) and I'm housesitting right now for someone with a nice inground pool Today we are going blueberry/raspberry picking and swimming a little later with my sister and Ecogirl.

We came home yesterday and found these babies in the mail!!!!

Only 33 more days and like I said- time is FLYING!!!!! I'm hoping Ecogirl can get on the same flight as us since there are still tickets left and they are cheap. I still need to book our rental car and am trying to figure out what time to leave AKL. We are going to take the ME back to MCO and get a car from there. The cruise doesn't leave till 4 pm but I want to get at the port around 12-1pm so maybe a 10 am departure? OMG I'm getting SO psyched I can't stand it!!!!

I still need to book our rental car and am trying to figure out what time to leave AKL. We are going to take the ME back to MCO and get a car from there. The cruise doesn't leave till 4 pm but I want to get at the port around 12-1pm so maybe a 10 am departure? OMG I'm getting SO psyched I can't stand it!!!!

Second, last September we took the DME from POFQ to MCO, and it was scheduled to leave in plenty of time. Unfortunately schedule and reality didn't seem to know each other, and we left POFQ over an hour late, barely had time to grab a crummy sandwich to take to the boarding area and eat while we were waiting to board. We won't be taking the DME again. Based on our experience, you may actually get to MCO by noon with a 10 am departure (do they let you take ME to pick up a rental car? I thought that it was usually to be associated with a flight, but this wouldn't be the first time that I've been wrong).

It's funny that you posted this morning - I woke up this morning wondering how the trip plans were coming (must have been the heat - we're not running the AC this year to try to keep the budget in line).

Pool pics wil be taken today I actually had to get 2 new suits last night bc mine were too big and looked ridiculous according to Wendy, my sis. I meant to take my camera this morning and came back in the house 3 times for other things. I was totally distracted bc we had a toilet problem this morning. How can a 5 year old use so much paper We haven't been using the A/C either but have ceiling fans and they seem to be working great this year. It's been in the 90's all week and the 70's at night, too. We haven't had any problems with ME and they even took us an hour early last Sept.

Going to the pool and will post again later my faithful friends! Ohh, I went to the fair with Ecogirl and she got some REALLY good pics so she needs to post them. One in particular of her and Cooper.....

We had loads of fun swimming, had a few bevies (a must in this heat!) and did some tarot card readings. Wendy is TOTALLY into that so it's fun for me to get them all the time. Actually, I've only done a handfull and they always come out REALLY good so I leave well enough alone! Seriously, it's all in the interpretation but it's uncanny how accurate mine have been. She even did a 6 month reading on me and it's been right so far...

Makes it seems more real! Pierre went to the pool today and had his friend meet him there today (with wife and twin 9 y.o.'s) One of the twins hit his head and had to get stitches Not exactly the news I wanted to hear when I got home from work! He's okay though, thank goodness!

I checked out the Mohegan Sun Website, (its terrible BTW) I found the resturant you went to,,it looks great! I didnt even know it was there! What happened to Margaritaville? but,,,I love mexican food!! I almost want to try that $70 margarita on the menu! (almost!!)

Hi Ed! It's annoying that their menu's don't just pop up on the Mohegan site. Sol Toro is really good, you have to try it and I wish I had the money to lay down for the $70 margarita! I had the $7 one and it was good I'm pretty sure they are still doing Margaritaville but will have to find out. I do the VP of entertainment's hair so when I see him next I'll ask.

Okay, the craziness of packing has kept me from having much time to post, but now we're only a few weeks away and WE'RE ALL GOING TO BE ON THE SAME FLIGHT!! YAH!! We weren't sure because I was supposed to have moved by then, but I decided to wait a few more weeks so now we can all fly to Disney together! I'm so psyched to see how excited Bella & Cooper are on the way to Orlando . It's awesome to be able to share the entire vacation experience (although I'm not sure how much of B & C I'll get to see once we're on the plane, since Leyla's thinking that maybe the adults might want to sit several rows apart from the kids ). I can't wait to check out Epcot and Soarin', plus the AK Lodge! Then there's downtown Disney for dinner, and Bella can't wait to get me on Test Track, and then we're off to Animal Kingdom ........ wow! Thank goodness I have Leyla and her planning prowess to keep it all straight Believe me, I'd be lost without her - literally (at Disney) and figuratively (in life) .

Also, wanted to update everyone that I haven't forgotten about trying to post a link to Bella's performance on the radio. I need to put it on a website that uploads and "holds" audio files for later download (like Photobucket does for pictures), but I haven't found one yet unless I pay by the month. Does anyone have any tips for a free or low-cost audio hosting site that I can trust?

Oh, and did I mention: ONLY 25 DAYS 'TIL DISNEY?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!
