I have asked on the GF board, the general resort board...so now I am asking here....

I understand that the monorail does not run during late EMH's.

Do they offer a bus option or are the boats the only way back to the GF? If the boats are the only option....are they super packed?

I've stayed at the Poly and the GF at various times the past few years and the monorail always ran during EMH at the MK and Epcot. Not sure where you got your information from or if this is something new that I not yet aware of.

Every monorail resort thread indicates that the monorail does not run after EMH's. I would love for it not to be true, but I think it is.

That stopped a cpl years ago. Now the monorail only runs for an hr after REGULAR park closing. It's annoying, but it is how it works now. Sometimes, not sure what the determining factors are, but during some hard tix party events (MNSSHP, xmas party, NOJ) the monorails have run longer but for regular EMHs they don't.

Yes, they offer bus service to/from the monorail resorts once that first hr is over.

Must have stopped after our last stay there -- I think the last we stayed at a monorail resort (Poly) was in March or April of 2012.
