Beauty and the Beast Lightning Lane seating?

I know Beauty and the Beast offers lightning lane access, but I was curious if there is a certain section of the theater that is reserved for lightning lane (like they do for Fantasmic dining packages), or is it you just get in before everyone else and get the best pick of seats? Thanks!

They have the center rows reserved behind disability seating. But last time I saw the show, I arrived 10 minutes before show time, as standby. They had everyone slide to one end of seating and we got 4th row at the end in the center section.
