I made my way inside and strolled by the various booths. I tried not to look too closely for fear of buying something....:teeth: I did find the area where the seminars were being given. Folks were gathering for the next one, when I arrived.

I found this near Mexico. The hanging pots contain Purple Heart....:D It's hard to notice with all that pink though....:D

I took this in Norway.

I found these gorgeous roses in Morocco. The one on the right particularly caught my attention, because of its colors and how it was blooming.

They had elephant ears in a pot by Morocco. I just love those things...:D

These were hanging outside Les Chefs de France. I loved the combination.

I really liked these conatiners. The picture doesn't really show how wonderful they looked together. The sun was just overhead. I wish I could've taken this picture at sunset. It would've been spectacular....:D

Thank you so much for posting these for us. I love the first one and have all the seeds for that particular combination!

Beautiful!!!!!!!

Why! Oh Why! do my conainers never look like that. I think this may be the year to take that challenge. Put it in the ground I can grow it. Put it in a pot and it resembles The Charlie Brown Christmas Tree.

I think the things that make WDW container plantings so beautiful are that:

  • They don't skimp on the plants. The pots are full from the very start, and then bursting as they reach maturity.
  • They combine colors AND textures in each pot.
  • They group a LOT of pots together.

I've experimented a little bit with this on my back patio this year. I have about 5 pots of varying heights bunched together, stuffed with annuals. I'll take pictures if it ends up looking like I want.

Thanks for sharing the beautiful photos!

Olena - these pictures and the topiary pictures came out great. What type of camera do you have?

Thanks.

Fantastic pictures... Thank you for sharing them.. I love the park during the Flower and Garden festival...

Just gorgeous! Wonderful photos, Heather.

I'm with mamu! My containers are NEVER that attractive... now the garden can rival a Disney bed... but the pots... no way! :)
