Beatles Wii question

I got the game for Christmas. I cannot do better than Easy on regular GH, but Easy on the Beatles Wii is so lame. About 1 guitar note for every actual 3 or 4 notes (which, to me, is actually more difficult to play because the rhythm is non-existent). I was wondering if there is something in the setup? Does anyone else find this a little too lame?

PS You are probably wondering why I don't just go to Medium......I would have to use more than 3 fingers! Although I just read a hint that will help me (use my pointer for both the red and green keys).
