As I stated earlier, I am obviously being confused with another poster as I have never attacked your city or your fans as a whole, just the idiots who were responsible.

I'm not confusing you one bit. In fact, I'm not even referring to what you have said on other threads. What you have said on this thread is bad enough.

So why, you ask, did I post? The answer to that would be - TOTALLY FRAYED NERVES. Should I have posted - NO and I apologize for "hi-jacking" your thread.

I have "frayed nerves" also...I am though not one for being patronizing due to them. Everyone has life situations going on around them (some so much worse then others)...but that is no excuse.

This is our happy Chicago Bears loving thread...if you want to bash-please start a new one.

Ok, I'll give you that. Perhaps attack was too strong of a word. But have you followed her on the other threads of her attacking every Chicago fan around? Apparently not or you wouldn't have found my post so out of this world. Why would anyone with such hatred for the Chicago Bears or their fans come to a Chicago thread? Oh that is right to cause trouble. Fact is we beat them fair and square, just like the Colts just beat us fair and square. It is only a game that I realize, but when that other poster is attacking people for what others do, that is just too much. Really, before you jump in a thread, maybe some research as to the history should be done.

While I do agree that IF these things were indeed said and done, then it was definitely not fair. But AGAIN, to punish the ENTIRE CITY OF CHICAGO AND IT"S FANS for idiocracy of a few that you will find in ANY SINGLE NFL Stadium is beyond me.

And even worse is to jump on the bandwagon and keep it up by posting such comments on a thread that Chciago Fans are celebrating in their championship. How is that not doing exactly what you don't want done to you?

Okay, this has just angered me because I used to love this thread, and it took one person who had no interest in the Chicago Bears but to bash it's fans to ruin it. I am done with this and will try to contain myself in not saying anything further.

I get that anyone can post on any thread, but why post when you haven't researched anything and chose to look like you know what you are talking about, when in fact you don't. Actually yes, before I went to a funeral home to pay my respects, I would indeed make sure the correct person was there. It's called being accurate. Funny analogy there really. I mean before you congratulate someone on being pregnant don't you make sure they really are? Or maybe they are just fat. I will carry on and now I am done to responding to you, because it really isn't worth it.

First of all they are not the first or the last fans to suffer bad treatment at the hands of a few. The Jags went to a playoff games years ago up north. I am not even going to name the team because it is moot. Some came back with stories of having beer thrown at them, snowballs thrown at them. Did it give them a bad taste for the town in general? NO! They realized that it was just a few idiots and not the norm. So you really shouldn't decide that the Bears deserved to lose because of a few idiots. And I am sure next year at same game somewhere in this country, there will be another handful of idiot fans being well idiots. Just like another town will one day be devastated by another hurricane. We have Floridians that lost everything just a few days ago.
