Bean...Bean....Update Bean..:D-Updated June 14th!

Hey BEAN and YEAH BEAN!!!

I am really excited for you. Your plans look awesome and sound like a lot of fun. If you are doing the Photo Pass, do take a lot of them.....they are fun to play around with after you get home. Make them take the special ones, like fighting Darth Vader over in HS, or Tinkerbelle around Main St. in MK, etc. as well!!! Lots of great opportunities for some good photos. Of course, I know you will taking a lot of pictures yourself as well and I look forward to seeing them and hearing all about your trip after you return.

Of course the main thing is for YOU to have a Magical and FUN time and I know YOU will.

Better get that done, what time do you leave for the airport?

and......don't forget to take lots of photo pass pics!

So I just had a Mini Panic attack. But all is well, I'm sending my ridemax plans to my e-mail and can use my ipod to see them! They will be stored on my ipod till im ready to use them.

Cannot wait to take all my photopass pictures..It will be so much fun to have them printed this time!

Hey guys!!! I'm home!! Well not really I'm housesitting the mansion! I'm pretty tired so my update will come tomorrow. Lets just say it was a awesome trip, I wouldnt have changed much other than shocker and wigd not being here! I got some great pictures and had a good time. I'll be back!

Well guys...As much as I hate to say it I'm home!!! Well not exactly I'm currently on the airplane home. I've got about a hour and forty five minutes flight and I thought I would start on my TR!!

For those who have been keeping up with my PTR thanks for sticking with me!! And for those who are new , :welcome:

So here are the starting details of the trip.

Who: Me- Julia 20
When: May 10th thru the 15th
Where: Pop Century
Why: Celebrating my birthday...(MARCH 6th :D)

Well my flight took off from NOLA around 10:35, it was a pretty good flight. I sat next to a lady and her daughter who were going to see the Space Shuttle launch.
Apparently the daughters best friends, dad is one of the austranoghts on the space shuttle and they were flying to see him take off.
They were pretty excited about seeing it launch.
I just watched the news yesterday heard a little bit about what happened and I hope everything turns out okay.

The line to get to POP was pretty long but I was the last person to get on the bus! Lucky me! There was a guy with BIG ole mickey hands greeting me! Love those Hands

I had already checked in online so all I had to do was go to the counter and pick up my stuff. The check in was easy as pie! After I checked in I went to check out my room (#6219). It was in a nice quiet location right by the classic hall in the 60s section right next to the stairs.
I really enjoyed being close to the main building. I had also requested being close to the building and this is what they gave me.

This was a great location!!!! I didnt have the best view, it was a tree. But if I walked a little bit down I could watch Illuminations from my building!
I was hungry so I decided to check out the Pop food court.

I chose the Shrimp Lo Mien and the Tye-die Cheesecake.

new040.jpg

SOO it was prettty good. The cheesecake really through me off though. It was half cheesecake and half red velvet cake. It was pretty good. Not something I would
eat all the time, but when at disney eat Crazy cheesecake.

After that I went to Magic Kingdom.
My first view of the MK!

So I pretty much walked around that day before my ADR at Chef Mickeys!!!!

Now I have to say I love this place, but I was so tired by the time that I got to the contemporary that I pretty much just ate and Took pictures with the characters.
I had a pretty cool table right next to the window facing the lake so the family and I watched the electrical parade as it was going by.
I didnt catch their name but they took most of my pictures. I had a pretty awesome server named laura that did a great job. I didnt stay long enough to take lots of pictures but here are some of the characters!

Hey Bean, welcome back......I understand about it being both good and sad. I guess though for you, it won't be too long and you will be back in the Land of Magic for an extended stay....that should help some!!!

It sounds and looks like you got the trip off to a GREAT start.

You know the tyedye cheesecake is different, but I think it's good. Of course I like both cheesecake and red velvet....so it's a win-win for me...LOL

The pictures look awesome so far. I figured you would get some great ones and would have time to enjoy the sights and sounds, where some of us with young ones find ourselves hurrying from one ride or show to the next. So, I look forward to viewing the "World" from your point of view. I know the other night in chat I was about to kick myself for not being on facebook, since you had posted some there and everyone was saying how great they were and I wasn't able to see them. Anyway, now as you have time, you can put them on your Dis thread and I will be able to catch them all.

I am glad you had a wonderful time and that you made it home safely. I also look forward to more updates!!

I got to do alot more than I did the last time. I'll try to post more this week.I never realized how much work it is to put one of these things together!

Bean i am happy to hear the mac and cheese is good i think i know a few people who may have at least a half plate of mac and cheese. can't wait for the rest,

On our trip, since it was really about the girls, we only spent a little time in Epcot. But it was awesome to be there during Flower and Garden, it made the park truly beautiful. I don't know what it looks like at other times of the year, but I can say that do it up right for Flower and Garden!! Keep those pictures coming!!

It's funny, our first few trips were always during F&G, then we went back in July and it was like, what happened to the parK? :lmao:Everything is gone! F&G is beautiful!:goodvibes

Hey Bean, sorry I've been MIA her, but I'm caught up now! We'll be trying CM's for dinner this time and I'm sure a certain short guy will enjoy the mac and cheese too.

Day 2.

Through my whole vacation I told myself I was going to make it to a rope drop.
HAHAHA yeah that happened a total of NEVER. But this is the day that I made it like 20 minutes after rope drop.
disney301.jpg

I upgraded my Tickets from a base ticket to a park hopper because today I was going to MGM and Epcot.
Now MGM is one of my FAVORITE parks ever and I tried to stay there for more than a half day, but like everyother day
that I was there there were NO lines. I didnt even have to wait that long for Toy Story Mania.
I rode Rockin Roller Coaster like three times and enjoyed every minute of it. I used the single rider lines, they are so much
better than waiting for fastpasses and standing in the standby line.

I had a ADR for 50's Prime Time and enjoyed it. I ended up with a table right next to the servers station.(happened alot on this trip!)
and my server was awesome. The only thing about this place that kind threw me for a loop was that I placed my order with my drink,
and I recieved my food before my drink. The food was good but it kinda freaked me out!
My meatloaf, Mashed potatos and string beans(didnt eat those yuck)
disney316.jpg

disney321.jpg

Now anyone who knows me knows that the Incredibles are my FAVORITE. I didnt realize you could meet them the last time
we went. I made sure to meet them this time!
disney325.jpg

disney323.jpg

Also The boss was there also so I decided to meet him to!
disney328.jpg

I did check out the Disney Anamation studio and got the chance to draw two of the characters(Pooh & Pluto).
But the pictures didnt turn out great :( so you guys dont get to see them. Lets just say Pooh isnt so Pooh sized and Pluto looks a little insane.
After this I headed to EPCOT!!

Awesome update Bean! It looks like you had a great time and no lines! How terrific is that?!? Did you ride TOT? We are hoping to do Animation Studio this time and I can't draw at all, if it looks too awful I might not post a picture either.....
The meatloaf looks tasty, did you ever get your drink?
