Bealls offer valid for Power Passes?

HI all,

Great board! I've been searching all over the boards and was unable to find an answer to the following question: Can one use the Bealls promotion, "buy one year and get the second year free", for Power Passes, or does it only work for Preferred Passes? The deal seems to indicate that it would only work for Preferred, but I'm just wondering if anyone has tried to make the deal work for Power Passes.
