Hi everyone! It's been about a year since we did the last one, so I figured it was time for another!

This is a bead and charm swap using a 6X9 envelope.

PLEASE only sign up if you will really send out your swap!

Depending on the number of people signing up, we will ALL send bags to everyone on the list. If the number gets over 5 people, then we will swap names.

Hi Michelle- Are there guidelines to this? I mean their are many different qualities of beads and charms- I would hate to swap my glass or precious gem beads and silver or gold charms and get back plastic or AC Moore's grab bag type- I would be interested if you could give me some info on it- Also, after you receive all packages does everyone get just one of each type of swap? Such as a hodge podge of sorts or something to actually make a nice pattern from?

There are no guidelines or restrictions on what to send as we are all different types of crafters. Last year it seemed all the swap bags were filled with all kinds of different goodies. I wish I had saved the photos of all my swap goodies!

What will happen is say for example we have 5 people sign up.

Everyone sends out 4 bags to the other people on the list (not to themselves obviously! haha) and then everyone should get 4 bags in the end from everyone else. It's usually just a mix of beads and charms.

I used a lot of what I got in the swap and the leftovers I just gifted to a friend in one of my destash moments.

I know I got a lot of prety furnace glass last year and a mix of plastic beads, both were fine with me as my business is run out of the plastic goodies but I also dabble in otehr jewelry forms as well.

This is only the second time we've done it, but Mena up there and I are friends, so if no one joins, we can always postpone it until you get back

Hi there!

Last year it was whatever you can fit in the 6x9. It didn't have to be stuffed, but enough to fill it when lying down. So if you are talking about stuffing it, then only half way full

Yay! We're still open since it's just us 3 so this sounds pretty good!

My apologies for the delay in letting you know the last package arrived. We adopted two 3 month old kittens Friday night!
