No. I don't think you can. You can either pay OOP for just the ice cream or use a Table service meal and get food, drink and ice cream.

No, the only things you can get as a snack credit are beverages or Mickey bars. And that is from the takeout door not the main part of the restaurant.

Nope. A snack item is generally something under $4.00 (but still not everything under $4 is permissable)

The No Way Jose is soooo good though that I'd pay OOP anyday for one!
