Beaches/Forks

Last spring we stayed at WL and ate alot at that very good, quick and convenient snack shop Roaring Forks. Next year we are going to stay at the BC and during my research I found out they have that little ice cream snack bar Beaches N Cream. My question is are the two places similar or is Beaches N Cream more of just a desert parlor. I hope its pretty similar because we loved having that little snack shop at WL and I would like to have another one the next time we go! Please inform me if you have been to one or both of these places!

In 2003 we stayed at the Beach Club and had a fantastic dinner there. (Of course thank goodness for those darned vouchers ) It is more of a snack and dessert place but I had the chili and we both had some kind of sandwiches but they were plentiful and good. 1 thing I will point out though.....is that the place is pretty small so be prepared to wait.

Can't compare it to Roaring Forks............yet.

Beaches & Cream is like a little diner. You can get burgers, chicken sandwiches, and salads. It's a very small menu, but the food is pretty good.

Just to clarify, B & C is nothing like Roaring Forks. B&C has a walk up counter and places to sit down and order (where you are seated by a hostess), but it's not the 'grab and go' place like roaring forks. In fact, I love the Beach Club, but really wish it had a snack place like Roaring Forks. You can however, get your mugs refilled at B&C.

We love Beaches and Cream! It is well worth the wait, which we usually find to be around a half hour minimum. Great place for burgers and ice creams!
