Beaches and Cream

I would like to visit B & C on one of the days I am at Epcot, and I was wondering if anyone knows the quickest way to get to it from Epcot (I haven't got a car)

Go down the path between England and France, the Beach club will be the first resort on your right.

It's by the pool at that resort. When will you be going? Another thread stated they will be closed for refurbishment in December. Don't know if that's true, just something I read.
