Hi. Do milkshakes and floats count as a drink on the dining plan? Those are about $5 so that increases the value of using the dining plan. I'm trying to decide if we should get the plan or not. Thanks!

Shakes and floats are not included as a standard fountain drink with the dining plan. Some restaurants will allow shakes with an adult credit, but it is up to the server and restaurant. The most frequently mentioned places that allow shakes are '50s Prime Time, Sci Fi and Whispering Canyon Cafe. I do not recall reading that posters said they were able to do so at B&C, but you can always ask. I also do not recall any places that will allow a float as your drink.
