I hear this place can get pretty crowded. Do you have to stand in line to wait, or do they give you a pager? We have two small kids, and I don't want to have to wait in a line. If we could walk around and look at the hotel or pool while we wait, it would probably be okay. Do you think a Saturday evening in May about 7 would be pretty busy? What's the longest you've waited?

You can give your name and party size at a small counter in front of the door outside and get a pager. You will be right outside Stormalong Bay. You can wander around a bit at the resort until the pager goes off. I think any time is fairly busy at B&C and a Saturday evening in May will definitely be. One way to cut your wait time is to be flexible and agree to be seated at the counter. It's hard to talk to others in your party at the counter bur you get to see them make all of the ice cream concoctions. Unless you are seared in a booth the small tables are pretty packed in anyway.
