Beaches and cream question

This may sound silly but here is my question. If you are using the basic dining is there a cost limit to what you can order for dessert? I'm not talking about the Kitchen Sink but you can order any of the sundaes? Sorry if this sounds silly but could you also order a shake for your drink like at the Sci-fi?

I wouldn't use a dining plan credit at Beaches and Cream because it counts as a table service credit, not a counter (quick) service credit.

IMHO, you're better off paying out of pocket if you eat there.
