Beaches and Cream on Dining Plan

We are considering the Deluxe Dining Plan for the first night of our trip - we are doing a split stay on points. If we were to use Beaches and Cream for a TS, what would be considered an appetizer there? Are any desserts (besides kitchen sink) ok to order? We like to order sundaes. I have never done the DDP before, as we have a TiW card, but I thought it might make more sense to use it here over Boma for breakfast, if a side is included as the appetizer, and we can order a sundae.

Nevermind! I changed our dinner to Yak and Yeti (We will be at AK that day) and now it all makes sense how to use our credits
