Beaches and Cream on deluxe plan

I know we still have over a year (398 days to be exact lol) but I am starting to plan out where I think we would like to eat. I am going to try really hard for Beaches and Cream. On the deluxe plan, are the soups considered an appetizer and are the sundaes desserts? I'm just wondering. Because what we get will then determine where we eat after or before if we decide to do B&C for lunch.
