Beaches and cream dining plan question

if we order Hamburgers from beaches and cream to go can we count it as a quick service or is it still table service?

Is anything beside the kitchen sink off limits for the dessert portion of the DDP?

no, just the kitchen sink. Kids under 10 have to order dessert from the kids menu.

Also, B&C doesn't serve hamburgers or any other food to go. They have a takeout window but it serves only ice cream (sundaes and cones/cups) and some beverages.
