Beach Rental Agency Recommendations

Can anyone recommend an agency for beach home rentals for either Ocean City, NJ or Long Beach Island, NJ? My extended family wants to try somewhere new next summer (we normally go to the Outer Banks) and I don't know where to begin! Both of these locations seem to have gotten rather good reviews so I figured maybe we would try one!

Hope it's ok to post this but we use Dory @ Berger Realty in OCNJ. They have a website with all of their properties listed. We've been going for years and are always happy with what we select through her.
